1.References in this Privacy Policy to the “Manuel Viegas Guerreiro Foundation”, “we” or “our” means the Manuel Viegas Guerreiro Foundation, promoter of the project “Valorization and Use of the Mediterranean Forest, the case of the Municipality of Loulé – ALG- 05-3928-FEDER-000044", headquartered in Querença, Rua da Escola, NIPC No. 504 658 948, hereinafter referred to as FMVG- VAFM, which determines the purposes and means of data processing, as described below, being for this purpose considered the entity responsible for its processing, in accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection and other applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.

1.To date, access to and use of the website does not necessarily imply the provision of personal data by Users, except when this is required for the interaction of Users with the website and, in this case, any consent to this effect will always comply with all legal requirements effective at the date of such consent.

V - Preservation of your Personal Data

3. In any of the situations mentioned above, the FMVG-VAFM will take all appropriate measures to guarantee the effective protection of the personal data transmitted.

1. FMVG-VAFM makes its best efforts to protect the personal data of Users against unauthorized access.
